The offer
- 20% off the annual licence. Enter the code PARTNER20 at checkout. The annual licence is £59 a year, so with the code a UK buyer pays £47.20 a year including VAT. The checkout shows the exact total before you pay.
- Every renewal, not just the first year. The discount stays on the licence each time it renews, until you cancel.
- One licence per client. Buy one annual licence for each client organisation and use its key only for that client's Gift Aid claims.
- Annual licence only. The code does not apply to the £15 single claim licence.
How to buy for a client
- Try the free checker on a client's donation export first. It shows every row that would break HMRC's schedule rules, and you do not need an account.
- On the pricing page, choose the annual licence. In the checkout, select "Add discount" and enter PARTNER20.
- The licence key is emailed to the address you use at checkout. Keep a note of which key belongs to which client.
- Repeat for each client. Each licence renews, and can be cancelled, on its own, from the link in its receipt email.
Re-billing your clients
You can re-bill each client at whatever price you choose, for example as part of your fee for preparing their claim. Paddle, our reseller, is the Merchant of Record, so the receipt and any VAT invoice come from Paddle, addressed to whoever pays at checkout.
More than 10 clients
If you want licences for more than 10 clients and would rather pay by invoice than buy each one at checkout, email [email protected] with your firm's name and roughly how many clients you have, and we will arrange it with you.
What this is not
- There is no commission or referral fee. The offer is the discount, and your margin is whatever you choose to charge your clients.
- There is no reseller contract, minimum order or account to set up.
- Donor Schedule builds the schedule file. Your client, or you on its behalf, still makes the claim in Charities Online, and the charity is still responsible for holding valid Gift Aid declarations.
- Donor Schedule is not affiliated with HMRC, and we cannot promise HMRC will accept any particular claim.
Refunds and the small print
Each licence has the same refund policy as any other: a full refund within 14 days of a payment, including a renewal, as long as nothing has been exported with that licence key since the payment. Our terms apply to every licence, and section 4 covers buying and managing a licence for a client.
Donor data never leaves the browser. The checker runs on your computer, and we never receive your clients' donor details or files. See our privacy notice.
